Decent Apartment few problems
October 9, 2016These apartments are nice all stainless steel appliances. Just a few things that bothered me about the 1br 1ba. The windows don't open. It was something I've never seen before so you have to rely on your A/C in the summer even if you don't want to. The amount of storage is a joke too. You have the entry closet and that's it, which gets filled up by coats and a small shoe rack. The last thing was the pricing. Theven 1br should not be anywhere close to $900 for the little space you get. If it's ...just 1 person I could see it working but with 2 it is just too little of space and it runs out quickProperty Manager Responded
November 1, 2017While downtown living can be compact living, the building does offer additional storage in the lower level along with a Fitness Center! The elevator offers easy access to all levels, and each unit receives a Parking Garage Pass for the parking garage located just across the street. Enjoy all that living downtown has to offer with being walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment!
