tour no show
May 21, 2022My brother and SIL who live in the LA area went to tour for me, but Pat never showed up. She said I hadn't responded to her texts or calls to confirm the time of the tour so she couldn't come, but she never texted or called me. She had emailed me to confirm the time, and I had responded hours early just as she had asked. Still didn't show up. They were forced to go back. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 star because I never actually lived there or even got to see the unit, so there is benefit ...of doubt.
