March 12, 2024Moving from Florida to Chicago was the biggest move I've ever made- emotionally and physically. The second I applied to live at Flair Tower has been nothing but high class all the way. My unit is a great size, updated appliances, updated counters, updated flooring, in unit W/D. My rent is more than fair for the size and quality of the apartment. I've found that the complex is extremely dog friendly and people friendly overall, even the other residents are friendly and nice. The neighborhood is ...great, easily accessible to any store you can think of and any restaurant. It has a city yet residential feel. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. I can't rave enough about the front desk associates. They have made me feel like Flair is my home from my move-in day. Not to mention, the move-in process was a breeze, especially being out of state. Any time I need something or if it is just to have a quick chat, the front desk has been so attentive and welcoming. I have not regretted my decision to sign a lese here for one moment yet, and will recommend this complex to anyone I know moving to the area!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
