SCORPION Infestation!!!!
December 27, 2017OMG If I knew this SCORPION INFESTATION , I would not take this Flamingo chateau, not even wantto step inside this area. The move in was not ready, DIRTY!!! How on earth they were not ready on the move in date?!! The manager Katherine blamed on the tenant when we actually move in on the date. They supposed to be ready. Very unprofessional! Do yourself a favoe: Do Not take this or you would regret it like me !!!Review from Apartments.com
Do Not Live Here, Huge Mistake!!
December 6, 2017They charged you prior moving, but the unit is not even ready, DIRTY, Bad condition, nails and paint drops everyfloor, outlets are not ready, STINK sink like sewer smell. Ugly microwave (not safe to use) & the apartment manager refused to change. Huge MISTAKE to choose living here!! They lied & fooled you by showing the model. Very unprofessional, they charged $250 for administrative/clean ready apartment but they give you DIRTY, STINKY place to live.
