Overall Review Flats at Merrill Pond has a great location right near the auburn line, Blackstone Valley less then 10 minutes away so on and so on…Unfortunately the property needs upgrades asap this place hasn’t really change since it was built… bring some life to Flats… apartments need fixing, ac need replacing, balconies need replacing, front entrance need fixing,laundry rooms need upgrading… Due to the economic impact rent went up tremendously, but is it worth 2k? Barely any parking spaces no ...
cookout area no playground area nothing to really bring the neighbors together I can name a lot of places that have those and are in a “ok” location… But more importantly a lot of reviews now is repeating thing when it comes to the complex and it’s upkeep… mice and roaches and water damage… hopefully upgrades are coming soon for the amount people are paying for

Disappointed Moved in this pass week. The property manager told my husband and I that he would tidy up as far as having someone to clean up these carpets which has a unsavory scent which made me puke. Yet alone, I have a 9 month old infant who shouldn't go through it. All the keys hasn't been received and certain items are missing from the unit.
