        ride across the streets, I have no issues getting to & from work which is a huge bonus (plus it’s only 5 blocks if I wanted to walk to work outside). I applied, & the next day Lucas called me & we talked everything through. I didn’t have time to come & see the place in person before making the move but Lucas quickly offered to FaceTime & give me a tour. I’ve been here 4 months now & I love it. Lucas has been very helpful from the move in process to answering any questions about the area. Lucas has been very responsive if or when I had any questions or issues (very minor things). The other thing I truly love about this place is how quiet it is. I never hear my neighbors, and barely run into people in the halls. The dog park isn’t crowded with others & I like how it is on the second level so only residents have access to it; I never have to worry about taking my dog out late at night. The Flats on 4th is very clean, doesn’t have odd smells in the halls & has parking spaces to rent. Though my unit is smaller than I’m used to, it truly does feel like home!
