July 17, 2024Laundry hours are 8-4 WEEK DAYS ONLY like what, office hours are only Monday or Friday, let’s not talk about the bug or air conditioning issues! The failure to mow the lawns or empty the trash cans around the complex, pool is never open or if it is it is the same hours as the office hours, Matinence will take weeks if not months, your not allowed to have a indoor ac unit but they again will take months to fix yours and if yours isn’t broken the insulation will make it feel like it is! May 22, 2022They raised the rent $100+ but they haven't updated anything to make it worth that much, the closed the laundry mat on Saturdays and Sundays now which for working people are the only days they get to do laundry, VERY BAD bug problemReview from Apartments.com

August 12, 2020We have lived here about 14 1/2 years and its a great place to stay. The Manager and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Maintenance is quick to respond to any requests and there are a lot of great tenants. We hope to be here at least another 14 years.Review from Apartments.com
