Bad management
July 1, 2025I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m honestly disappointed with how things have been since the new management took over. It’s been over a month and a half that the pool has been closed “for maintenance” with no real progress in sight. It’s summer — people want to enjoy the amenities we pay for, but it feels like management simply doesn’t care. What makes it worse is the way the office handles things. Every time I’ve asked for help, I’ve been met with bad attitudes and zero professionalism. ...They don’t seem to know how to prioritize what really matters for the residents. And to top it all off, they keep sending out violation letters and fees for residents not complying with rules — yet I don’t see them holding themselves to the same standard. Nothing seems to be done properly from their side first. I honestly regret renewing my lease for another year. Very disappointing experience.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2023Vivo en este lugar hace 3 años,han pasado tres administraciones y sin duda alguna esta es la peor administración que hemos tenido.Todos los meses te aumentan cargos de la renta fuera del contrato,esto es horrible,es súper incomodo tener que ir a quejarte todos los meses por el cobro de la renta,siempre te quieren cobrar hasta 200 dólares de agua,el condominio es tranquilo pero la administración es horrible.Property Manager Responded

Now as far as renewing my lease, well, the new neighbors like to nail stuff into the walls like they are running their own maintenance outfit or something.
