Terrible
September 14, 2023Never hot water, get used to no water, pool not open for 2 years, maintanence doesnt exist. Can put in 10 request for a year and never get one thing done. Inside and outside of the apartment is falling apart. Cant say 1 good thing about this place.Property Manager Responded

Mold
October 27, 2018There is mold and the manager will retaliate against you if you complain about it she will call the cops on you and lie all out of spite don’t trust them the maintenance men are very inexperienced or else they would have known mold was all throughout that place whoever lived there before me experienced plenty of leaksProperty Manager Responded

Kudos to the new management!!!
September 19, 2015We moved here in December 2014 and I will say, the staff here is very helpful. They send guys almost immediately when you need maintenance. Responsiveness. When we first came here, our neighbors were a little noisy and littery, we called in and we were told that this was a new management and they assured us that they were trying to replace folks who were unable to keep up with the apartment policies, and bring in more friendly neighbors, and they did! :). The units are old but remodeled. I was ...skeptic when I moved here but my experience has improved a lot, thanks to the management. I was surprised to see how non-hesitant they are when replacing equipment in the units (compared to my old apartment where my stove was broken for over 4 months before it got repaired). Through the last year we have seen major updates to the pool, repairs around the complex, improving quality of pest control, maintenance staff etc. Shopping is really close here with Whole Foods, Kroger and Walmart at less than 5 min drive. The North East Mall has good restaurants and a nice movie theater. Also there is a Bahama Bucks close-by for your summer shaved ice! The Gas at Kroger is the cheapest in the country ($1.85 a gallon as of this writing and that is without the Kroger discount!). My friend in NYC says a gallon of gas here is cheaper than a bottle of water there. Although there is park a couple streets over, this apartment complex lacks greenery in its surroundings. Our unit faces the pool on the main door side and the parking lot on the back door side. No trees. :( I am a sucker for greenery and I like going on walks next to water bodies like lakes or rivers. So maybe I will move when my lease ends, but that doesn't take any credit away from what the management is trying to do here to make the tenants life easier. They really value your feedback and take immediate action and that's what makes you feel like staying here. And the rates are not so bad. Crazy specials too, did I tell you that I had my deposit waived off and one months rent free when I signed up last year? Yeah, its that cool. In summary, this complex is not without its flaws, but the management is serious in building good relationships with its tenants and really improving the quality of their service and the experience. So if you like affordable living, an atmosphere of change and a responsive staff in North East Fort Worth, do consider the Arts Apartments in North Richland Hills.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
