My family and I have lived here for 5 years we are very pleased. The neighbors are very nice, friendly and quiet. Love the location of this place, grocery stores and restaurants are very close! Delores and maintenace are very friendly and attentive, I highly recommend flint river apartments.

I’ve rented all my life and this ranks in the top 3. Management and maintenance are very nice. I have good neighbors. They do monthly inspections. They also have monthly cook outs and dinners. It’s a small place with large apartments.

I have lived here three years. Delores is an amazing manager. They keep the community clean. It’s a NO smoking complex. Love it. Maintenance does a good job. The monthly socials are fun as you get to meet your neighbors. I highly recommend here. The interiors are nice and spacious. It’s in a wonderful location.

I’ve lived here for three years and I can say Delores is one of the best property managers at any community I have ever lived. They do regular inspections. It’s a no smoking community. The monthly socials are great. I highly recommend this place. The location is perfect. My utility averages $80 year round for a three bedroom.

We have a beautiful and safe apartment complex. We are so lucky to have Delores manage our facility. She does an outstanding job and she makes sure any maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. Her boss Tim visits the facility frequently, and he also takes action to make sure everything is running great. I am so happy living there, and I thank Delores, Tim and our Maintenance man David (previously Zach) for making this the best place to live. I give them 10 out of 10 stars!

Dolores is a phenomenal manager and Zach is a great maintenance supervisor. They make you feel at home. I love my apartment. Thanks for doing a great job. You both are truly appreciated.
