I’ve had a mixed experience living here. The biggest issues are poor drainage, significant parking difficulties, and a lack of enforcement when it comes to non-resident vehicles.
After rain, drainage can be a real problem, and parking is often extremely difficult to find. A major part of the issue is that vehicles belonging to non-residents are not towed or addressed, leaving limited parking for residents who actually pay to live here.
I hope management can take these concerns more seriously ...
then they have in the past, particularly enforcing parking policies, and making sure residents have reasonable access to the parking they pay for.
