Maintenance guys keeping this complex nice
July 12, 2025We’ve enjoyed living at Flora and one main reason is the responsiveness of the maintenance team. Joe and Sam are quick, courteous, and mechanically inclined. The grounds are clean and fixes are done correctly. Management is great but the maintenance guys are a huge part of Floras success. Give these guys a raise, they deserve it.Property Manager Responded

A perfect oasis with exceptional service in the hear of Walnut Creek
June 13, 2025Moved at Flora in February 2025 after reading online reviews and also visiting the property. I can say that was one of the best decision I made in my life. What makes living here truly exceptional is the close proximity to the downtown Walnut Creek, well maintained property and the remarkable service by the the staff, especially Joe. Joe really is one of the best, if not the best, service technicians at the property who truly goes above and beyond in ensuring the service requests are attended to ...in a timely fashion. He makes every effort in ensuring the residents’ experience living here is great. And the best part is he seamlessly does all this with a big smile on his face and a great positive attitude. Great place to live
April 23, 2025No complaints about living at Flora - they are super on top of managing the complex and even proactively have upgrades done. Office staff are very professional and prompt with responses when I reach out. Maintenance staff are amazing - service requests are usually completed in 24 hours (or way faster!). Nice amenities like a fenced dog area and dog bath station, bike storage and a beautiful courtyard. Plenty of parking nearby, in a safe area, close to BART and downtown. The only thing is no ...central AC, just an outdated, loud wall unit. Overall very happy living here!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
