Great place to live
April 23, 2025No complaints about living at Flora - they are super on top of managing the complex and even proactively have upgrades done. Office staff are very professional and prompt with responses when I reach out. Maintenance staff are amazing - service requests are usually completed in 24 hours (or way faster!). Nice amenities like a fenced dog area and dog bath station, bike storage and a beautiful courtyard. Plenty of parking nearby, in a safe area, close to BART and downtown. The only thing is no ...central AC, just an outdated, loud wall unit. Overall very happy living here!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!

One of the great things about Flora Apartments is how quick, friendly and efficient the maintenance team is. Just moved in!
January 23, 2025I just moved into the Flora apartments and it was an amazing experience. The staff here, Angela, Serena, Joe and Sam made it so easy and comfortable. Beautiful apartments and great staff.

Great place to live
December 9, 2022I've lived here for a few years now, and its been a great place to live. The management team is really nice and helpful; the maintenance team is quick to respond to any ticket and really works hard.
