I lived in unit B10 from February to August 2023. In that time, I had approximately $500 worth of packages stolen from the mailroom. They refuse to put security cameras there or anywhere else in the building despite requests from myself and several other tenants. On several occasions I encountered people sleeping in the stairwell seemingly let in by other tenants. In April, a group of people broke in through the fire escape and broke in to an apartment - this was reported, and still no cameras ...

were installed. The entire building reeks of cigarette smoke. There is a serious roach problem in the apartments and in the building's common areas.

I lived here for a few years when I was a student. I liked that the space was larger than most apartments I looked at, it was pretty affordable, and the location is perfect. Not super fancy, but had everything I needed. Nice to pay rent online and submitting maintenance requests was great, never took more than 2 days for things for the maintenance folks to come by. Would've stayed longer but I moved into my girlfriend's place.
