My husband and I moved into the community a few weeks ago and have been loving it! The application and move in process was so easy, and the management team was communicative and accommodating. We love walking our dog around the property, as there was numerous paths and plenty of doggie trash stations. It is quiet and we had a maintenance request recently that was resolved super quickly, and the maintenance team were some of the nicest guys!

My boyfriend, his son and I, moved in a month ago. We are very happy to have our own place. The location is perfect. We love being back in Beverly. We have finally finished unpacking and can’t wait to settle in. My boyfriend’s son is very exited to go swimming now the pool is open! The management team is wonderful! So friendly and helped us with every inquiry.
