So the experience with lera in office and jeff in maintence at the Foothill apts has overall been amazing and is a great place to live they have a private dog park

The other tenants are great neighbors to get to know and are very quiet. (Not overly noisy). I try to be the same for them. The leasing office staff are always friendly and will to resolve any issues that may arise (hot water, ceiling lights, or broken switch replacement by maintenance, who are prompt to respond to any requests.
