February 25, 2026Unresponsive to calls, emails, and maintenance requests in the resident app. Black mold spreading throughout the buildings. Foul smelling neighborhood. Dead animals around the pool area. Overall, not a decent place for anyone to live.Property Manager Responded

Quiet place with massive accessibility

Does more than checks all the boxes!
December 4, 2024I had a laundry list of things I needed in my future home when I started looking for a place in NLR and Foothills exceeds my very high expectations. Now I live in a HUGE community that I am comfortable walking around, and it's well lit at night when I take my dog out. I've met everyone in the office and most of the maintenance team. The one emergency I had was handled within the hour and Mandy even followed up the next day to make sure I was taken care of. My apartment is cozy in the original ...section (phase 1), I've got a large kitchen, large living room, a real fireplace, a large bedroom (big enough for my king size bed and oversized furniture), and the closet is big enough for me to put my dresser in there. I've lived in several apartments here in central AR and I can say the quality and the service I get here at Foothills exceeds what other so-called 'luxury' communities offer. I'm glad I found Foothills to call home, they made the application process very smooth, and I would recommend this community to friends and family if they were ever moving to the area.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live since I moved here from California
