Apartment Complex Going Downhill

Foothills use to be great apartments. Now they just don't seem to care. My aging mother has lived there for 6 years and now they are making her pay an additional $25 a month because she could not figure what document they needed as proof of having renters insurance. The office staff are awful and would not help her. She was finally able to find from the insurance company what to provide as the proof they needed but they are still going to charge her $25 a month because they said she was late in ...
providing proof. The proof she provided showed full coverage the entire time. Coverage never lapsed. Also, they don't care who moves in anymore. It's becoming trashy. They are letting everyone swim in the pool whether they live in the apartments or not. The pools are not monitored. Dogs poop everywhere and it's never cleaned up. Since management doesn't care it's only going to get worse.

Unresponsive to calls, emails, and maintenance requests in the resident app. Black mold spreading throughout the buildings. Foul smelling neighborhood. Dead animals around the pool area. Overall, not a decent place for anyone to live.

I love these apartments so much. I work 6 minutes away and everything is 5 minutes away. To be right by a main highway it’s super quiet, as well. Super nice people and cute activities.

I had a laundry list of things I needed in my future home when I started looking for a place in NLR and Foothills exceeds my very high expectations. Now I live in a HUGE community that I am comfortable walking around, and it's well lit at night when I take my dog out. I've met everyone in the office and most of the maintenance team. The one emergency I had was handled within the hour and Mandy even followed up the next day to make sure I was taken care of. My apartment is cozy in the original ...
section (phase 1), I've got a large kitchen, large living room, a real fireplace, a large bedroom (big enough for my king size bed and oversized furniture), and the closet is big enough for me to put my dresser in there. I've lived in several apartments here in central AR and I can say the quality and the service I get here at Foothills exceeds what other so-called 'luxury' communities offer. I'm glad I found Foothills to call home, they made the application process very smooth, and I would recommend this community to friends and family if they were ever moving to the area.
