Her communication, honestly, integrity and willingness to listen allowed us to purchase our first rental property with ease because being 23 years old with 3 little children we was stress, but Wendy released that stress we had. Wendy really made our first ever rental experience so wonderful. It was a roller coaster ride looking for our perfect home for over a year until we met Wendy who went above and beyond to give us advice ...and allow our family to make a fresh start in life and we will be forever grateful to her. I was instantly greeted warmly by the staff and Wendy was highly knowledgeable but never seemed rushed. We walked both sizes of apartment I was interested in, she told me all about the property details, and toured all the amenities. This is the nicest property I have ever visited.
