Fantastic place to call home!

My wife and I moved in June 2021. We checked out over a dozen different 55+ communities, The Complex was the best in the area. The staff is great! The inside of the apartment is beautiful. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. A very large island. We live in a 2 bedroom on the third floor. You might say I don't want to do stairs. You don't have to. The complex has elevators. That sold me! Our master bedroom has a large walk-in shower. The 2nd bath has a nice tub. We got a garage for ...
only a small add on fee. We use the pool during the summer and we are usually the only people there. The grounds are nicely maintained. There are group activities. They actually had a happy hour last night 11/5/2021(wine, beer and snack plates). My closing statement. The price of the apartments is very reasonable. It located in a very nice quite area of Eagle Springs. Anything you is only 5 minutes away!!!

Fordham at Eagle Springs is a new facility and the units are beautiful. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The unit is off the beaten path and that makes it nice as well. You will be close to everything but still have the feeling of community. This place is a pleaser! One Happy Tenant
