TRASHY
August 7, 2019Nicely modeled apartments on the inside, but the outside theirs trash everywhere, the breezeways are disgusting, maintenance should atleast attempt to pick of trash daily or fine the residents littering. Behind the apts the residents dumps there garbage it’s awful and cigarette butts are everywhere, residents (SMOKERS) should not be allowed for to dump cigarettes butts everywhere. Breezeways are in of power washing the MILDEW IS AWFUL..Review from Apartments.com
Very Spacious
September 22, 2018It was very helpful to be able to look at the virtual model of the 3 bedroom apartment with actual furniture on the inside. This can help a potential tenant to be able to decide if they will have enough space to bring in the furniture they may have now or plan on purchasing prior to moving in. When you look at an apartment without furniture inside of it, there is no way to accurately determine this information. However, being able to see furniture already placed inside helps to give an idea of ...how much room you will actually have to work with. I think this is very helpful in planning and preparing to move. I was also very impressed with the amount of space the 3 bedroom apartment has altogether. July 7, 2016These apartments have a real bad mold problem. my friend has lived in the apartment for over a year. the first time she saw the mold problem they just came and painted over it. It has started to come back and they are giving her the run around and not wanting to fix the problem.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015This complex is one of the best I have ever occupied. It has great amenities and is located in a great neighborhood. The complex is very nice and peaceful. The tenants and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Most of the holidays, they have huge celebrations for everyone to join in on the festivities. One of the best things I noticed is the washer and dryer that is included in the apartment. This is extremely helpful for parents with school-age kids. This is a great complex to reside. ...The elementary school is only five minutes away with a bus stop at the entrance of the complex. It is a great place to raise a family or even for a single person, since it offers apartment sizes ranging from 1 - 3 bedrooms. Forest Hill Apartments is only minutes away from the interstate and is also located close to a variety of grocery stores, gas stations and other shoppes in order to meet all your needs. Forest Hill Apartments provide a very spacious living area, with apartments that can be compared to patio homes and that also ...include a washer and dryer in each apartment. Other amenities include a pool with lounge chairs, a playground, car wash facilities, a computer room, and a fitness center.
