The landlady is super nice and very helpful. After we moved my son wrecked my car. She helped us connect up with people who could assist us until we got paid.
Anytime I need something looked at, which is not that much, she is on top of it.
We plan on being here a long time.

When given the tour of the apartments you can see where holes were poorly patched all over the apartments. No biggy right? Well on all the websites it advertises assigned parking spaces and security cameras on the premises. I can tell you this is not true. Just the other day a car was run into by a truck. The maintenance man yelled at the people who got hit for parking to close to the curb... ? Now there has been a string of tire slashing and vandalism. 5 cars in just one night has all their ...

I've lived here over 5 years and found this to be a safe and comfy home.
I have a 3 bedroom with sliding door off living room with space for my bbq and chairs.
I've used the onsite maintenance twice in the past and they responded well and quite knowledgeable on the fixes.
I have seen people come and go. I will say I am pleased they tend to evict those who are bad. And the good people here like that.
I will also say I like how they keep the grass cut and trimmed and the snow shoveled for us and ...
