This is the most disgusting property i have lived in. MICE , ROACHES, the complex is dirty. Trash Everywhere, kitchen is falling apart. the cabinets that are here have been here since 1964 this place needs to be shut down until they are renovated

I live in a top apartment. Bedroom roof is caved in seem like it can fall at any minute. Haven’t lived here for not even two months and see roaches. They have came out and spray 3 ca so far.

This seems like a serious maintenance issue, and we urge you to either file a maintenance request as soon as possible or to call and check on the status of it if you already have. Regarding the issue of pests, we realize that they can be a frustrating problem, but unfortunately a persistent one in our area. Nevertheless, we have every intention of helping you win your battle with the pesky interlopers, so please let us know if you see more of them and we will keep trying to mitigate the issue.

The apartment complex is run down. There are too many bugs (ants, spiders, silverfish, termites). The complex needs a major overhaul. I will not renew my lease.

The rent is very reasonable for the space you get. 1100 sq feet townhouse. You will never feel crowded. The diversity in the complex is amazing and you will be close to shopping and schools.
