    Maintenance seems to be on top of things. Big improvements have been made to the pool! Looking the best it ever has been! I wonder if there will be more flowers planted this year around the pool area?

    Everyone in the office has been so nice and so helpful when it came to moving in. Always willing to find the answer if they didn’t have it. And in such a speedy timeframe. Honestly, they made moving so much easier for us! And so far, every neighbor we’ve encountered has been nothing but welcoming.

    The amenities and conveniences are wonderful -- large swimming pool, exercise room, availability of indoor parking, and location near groceries, restaurants and more.. We especially appreciate fast and excellent maintenance, too. Not to mention great neighbors.

    Good, quiet, safe, friendly apartment complex with great managers! The apartments are a little outdated, but still very comfortable and are in an ideal location. Forest Place is a good place to call home. :)

    Jay, Lisa and LeAnn were of a tremendous help. I'm old school and filling out an application on line can be daunting. Along with all the other things now necessary to move into an apartment. However, with all their help it went very smoothly. I had lived at Forest Place 24 years ago and was very happy with my stay. I'm just moving in so hope it has remained the same. If the staff is any indication, I think I will be very happy here.

    We just moved in and we love it here! Such an amazing place! Everyone is so welcoming, our dog loves everything about the walking space and amenities for him - it’s just all around fantastic!!

    Moved into apartment that wasn’t clean and was not the one originally presented to me. Very outdated and in need of repair. Other than that I’ve been very happy with the friendly residents I’ve met.
