July 29, 2025I love FP. However, on Saturday, July 26, there was a birthday party at the pavilion and some of the guests, in two or three vehicles, just hung out afterwards. They were parked right below my apartment, and a young woman was trying to heat something with a lighter. I think she may have been mentally compromised. I asked them to tone it down a little bit, and the resident questioned whether it was 10 o’clock. I suggested that they be courteous to the other residents. They were leaving trash, ...which she had to pick up and children were running around in the parking lot. I would advise that when someone has a birthday party or any kind of party in the pavilion, that there be a list of rules that their invitees should obey. Thx.Property Manager Responded

April 28, 2025Maintenance seems to be on top of things. Big improvements have been made to the pool! Looking the best it ever has been! I wonder if there will be more flowers planted this year around the pool area?Property Manager Responded
