The last snow it took them over 36 hrs to plow and a few residents had to call off work since they were stuck. The landlord wont lift a shovel. He does however like to mow the lawn, for 20 mins a day, 4-6 days a week. He also likes to bother the residents, I watched him flirt with a much younger tenant the other day and it was uncomfortable to watch.
