New Owner-New Management-Finally Awesome
March 20, 2022The change of ownership has been the best thing that ever happened in our apartment community. The management is here daily. They have completely remodeled and added granite and new flooring to the new units as they turn. They've put in art in the hallways. They clean them regularly. It's just wonderful to have a great response from maintenance and have new owners that care. This place is finally awesome.Review from Apartments.com

Cockroaches invested Apartment
June 20, 2018I lived at the Forest View Apartment at 63 Lakeshore Dr for 1 yr. I was my worst experience living in an apartment. the apartment was invested with uncontrollable roaches.
