Stuff and maintance are nice, some neighbors do not realize how much noises they do after hours assigned . It is quiet and nice neighborhood. There playground, gym, and pool avaliable at the site which make it convience.

Honestly, this is overall a nice place to stay. It's quiet (for the most part), but these apartments REALLY need some renovating, not just the amenities or appliances, and those could be a lot better as well. Every time it rains, my entire apartment smells of mildew, and I can't use my bathroom closet, much less my shelves in my bedroom closets. My fridge STAYS leaking; I just stopped asking for it to be fixed at this point. The ladies in the office are really sweet and helpful, THIS is what ...
makes things bearable. However, with these prices, the apartments themselves could be a lot better.
