Stuff and maintance are nice, some neighbors do not realize how much noises they do after hours assigned . It is quiet and nice neighborhood. There playground, gym, and pool avaliable at the site which make it convience.

This apartment offers a very nice and clean environment, providing a peaceful lifestyle. It features a lovely view in sunlight but is located a bit far from UNC at Charlotte.

Good response on maintenance and makes sure the property is safe. The amenities could be a little better as far as operation but office staff is willing to help

Honestly, this is overall a nice place to stay. It's quiet (for the most part), but these apartments REALLY need some renovating, not just the amenities or appliances, and those could be a lot better as well. Every time it rains, my entire apartment smells of mildew, and I can't use my bathroom closet, much less my shelves in my bedroom closets.
