Horrible
December 20, 2023Apartment was wet on arrival for our move in day and reeked of mold. All prior repairs look as if they were done by children. Every single wall is covered in botched repairs. Most appliances were broken within the first month and when taken apart the appliances I discovered they had already had repairs done with incorrect replacement parts. Carpet was torn from the floor on nearly every edge of trim. Staff is friendly however mostly useless and unhelpful. Almost as if they are purposely doing as ...little as possible to get away from you as soon as they can. Maintenance has been called many times to fix several different problems, however most of the time they say that they cannot fix the issues. Calming and Peaceful
August 21, 2020My first impression about Forestbrook Apartments was how calming and peaceful it made me feel. I heard more sounds of nature than any loud noises. The outside was clean and presentable. The apartment has just the right amount of space especially with the walk-in closets. Loving every moment of it!
August 22, 2019Everyone from property managers to the leasing team was kind and patient. The apartments are roomy and perfect; just like they’re advertised! Lovely wood flooring in the main areas and easy parking. I would highly recommend living at this property! Forest Living
September 9, 2015This apartment community is surrounded by the forest, so you it is quiet and quaint. You sometimes forget that you are on a very busy street in Lynchburg. The community is well kept up, and the office staff is helpful and polite. We currently live in a three bedroom, and it is one of the best deals for a three bedroom in Lynchburg. It comes complete with a full size washer/dryer, which is hard to find in Lynchburg! The apartment is spacious, but still cozy.
