Not very luxurious
January 11, 2022The location is great, but the apartments need updating and is far from luxury. The also aren't very accessible the office, after hours, and emergency maintenance number is all the same and doesn't work at all. And there is a $33 service fee to make a rent payment online and they don't accept any other method of payment. So they are forcing you to pay an extra $33 every time you pay rent.Property Manager Responded

Centrally Located to Uptown
August 27, 2015If you're looking for a place that close to everything, Colonial Village, Timber Crest is a must see. The staff for the most part are helpful and very responsive to maintenance request. It's a great community where you get to know your neighbors. The pool and other amenities are at time not accessible for resident use, which can be inconvenient to say the least.Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015Overall the apartment is okay. The staff is great and helpful. The only thing is I wish the extra $50 added to the rent for cable each month was something that's optional and not mandatory. The apartment units could use a little upgrading.Review from Apartments.com
