Lies, lies and the worst management ever

We were there for about 5 years and they never washed the carpet at least one time since we asked several times to but guess what, answer never was there, a lot of problems with security, there’s no cameras so if u receive a package be aware to, cause they got stolen all the time, same with ur car, also we never got the security deposit at the end and the apartment wasn’t in bad conditions or have something broken in it anyways 100% not recomended

There are tons of reasons why this is the worst apartments in Fresno. They faked reviews on their website at best this is a two star establishment, they lied about the crime rate in the area, their "gates" are perpetually broken and left open even when they are fixed, they'll tow your car and not give an explanation, the managers have a "go ask someone else" mentality and are borderline incompetent, to get a single repair is like pulling teeth, my neighbor has had a hole in his ceiling for three ...

months to quote him "i think they forgot about it", they don't return their deposits, they hike up rent for no explained reason, they take photos of their apartments from low angles to make the apartments seem larger then they are, they lied on the dimensions of the buildings, we reserved a two bedroom two bathroom six months in advanced and they gave us a two bedroom one bathroom "because we double booked", and this is just off the top of my head. These apartments are a blatant example of misinformation and lying to your customers.

Save your money! The apartments are made out of wood so you can hear everything everyone is doing at all times of the day from all 3 sides! So annoying! The laundry thing they have going needs to be updated due to Covid and everyone going in and out of those facilities!! Go somewhere else! Trust me!!

What can I say about Fort Washington Apts. It has an outstanding ambience for being an older complex. The owner is upgrading with new fencing and paint. It is also a gated community and safe. The office staff are amazing and friendly they have taken care of all my issues in a timely manner.They have a great maintenance crew that are full time on the property which is great asset.The location is close to river park which has great shoppping and entertainment. I lived in the apartment complex for 9 years and I was charged for many things (about $1000-1500 on top of security deposit) such as painting of the apartment when I moved out. When I inquired about it, I was told that I would be charged for primer because I had left a curry smell in the apartment from cooking. I was told "curry smell may be normal for you, but it is not for us." Furthermore, read the fine print and keep receipts if you are going to be staying at this apartment because they will ...

try to trick you. I paid a 500 dollar deposit when I moved in, but now that I am leaving, they told me I only paid 400. I was also sent into collections without any notice of outstanding charges. Save yourself from all the hassle and pain, find an apartment somewhere else. This is the worst apartment complex in Fresno/Clovis.

Where to start. Horrible roach problem, wood is rotting to the point of being dangerous. Management doesn't care. It is fairly affordable for the area, but there is a reason..... substandard housing. Construction is constantly going on, creating all kinds of noise and no concern for their residents. I won't even go into the crime and theft problem. Stay away.
