Don’t do it
June 15, 2022If I could give zero stars I would. We have lived in 3 different units on this property and have had nothing but problems. From noisy neighbors, to trash overflowing, to being threatened by neighbors, and pot smell in every apartment. This place is full of issues and that is not even all of it. Parking is a nightmare and has been the entire time we have been here and this complex is just shady overall. Today we gave our intent to move out and the apartment complex responded by charging us $2800+ ...for an error that was made on their part 10 months ago. We have dealt with Sarah for all of these issues and nothing ever gets resolved. Save yourself the time and energy and pass on this complex.Property Manager Responded

Not Safe- video cameras only at main building
November 24, 2021My car was just hit in the parking lot last night. When I came to ask about video cameras I was instructed they are only in the front of the building where the lease office is. This is a huge complex that should have cameras. I was unaware of this. Also they didn’t even care about where it happened or what apartment I was in to figure out if there was even a possibility of seeing the accident. I was instructed to file a police report then call my insurance with no details. I work late and there ...is rarely any parking so I had to park on the other side of the complex. May 21, 2021I have lived here for 3 years. It was pretty decent the first year, however it has gradually been getting worse as the rent continues to increase. We have had vandalism problems in the parking lot, the pool was closed for the first 2 weeks of summer for maintenance, the bathrooms by the pool are always locked and not available, the drinking fountain by the pool has been broken the entire time I have been here, constant parking problems. I have been blocked in by cars parking where there are not ...spots. There is a huge ant problem and we pay extra for pest control, I still had to buy stuff to take care of it myself. My washing machine broke, which I submitted a repair request days ago and they can't give me an estimate when it will be fixed. And the kicker, just today I had planned to grill for dinner, and of course, the grills are both broken "until further notice". I keep waiting and hoping management will improve. Update** I have now lived here for almost 9 years...management has changed multiple times. It seemed like a things were getting better but no. Parking is an issue. The problem is made worse by the office not having parking stickers to give to residents. They have been out of stickers for almost 2 years and give photocopies of stickers to residents and call it a “temporary” parking pass. It’s a copy that people can easily copy and give to guests. Then there are never any spots. My daughter came home from work, there was no spot so she parked on a curb that was NOT blocking anyone. Her car was towed with no phone call to us or a knock on the door. Her car is listed on my lease and has an actual parking sticker and not a copy because we have lived here for 9 years and have had that car on the lease for 8. The courtesy of a phone call to move the car wasn’t offered, and it was towed during the day when she or I could have been contacted. After 9 years of living here and never paying rent late it is crazy to be treated with such a lack of respect. Other issues, bathrooms in the common area are never open, even when the common area is open. I called last week and asked for them to be open and to check to see if the grills had gas to use and was told yes. One of the grills was empty, the bathrooms were both locked. I have friends that live in other properties and never have to deal with these issues. Good management is so important! I DO NOT recommend moving to this complex. Any car parked in the street, and not in a parking space is illegally parked and subject to towing as per your lease agreement. The pool bathrooms open when the pool opens for the summer, the drinking fountain had been closed due to Covid protocols as well as only 1 grill in use due to social distancing because of how close the grills are. December 10, 2020I would recommend getting a renovated apartment because everything is up to date, nothing is falling apart. We live in a non renovated one and I seem to be calling every two weeks to a month about something, appliances, etc. A garage if you want no parking trouble. Literally.
