February 13, 2025My experience sucked. The first couple months were good then Berryl hit, my bedroom ceiling was leaking and they tore a hole about half of the bedroom ceiling. That took at least 2 months to get fixed. The bathroom had mold so they cut the ceiling out turns out the shower above was leaking- took them 7 months to repair. My shower base cracked and that was not resolved.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Apartment
February 6, 2025Do not rent here! Shameful conduct from Greystar and the building owner. Management says all the things you want to hear when you go down to the front desk, but then does nothing to fix anything. Due to a crumbling foundation, we've had dozens of large cracks in our walls and ceiling FOR OVER A YEAR with no effort to repair. The crack in the outside wall of the building is so big, you can see it on Google Maps! Our apartment was further damaged in Hurricane Beryl in July and management has ...continued to do nothing to make repairs. We've had water stains appearing in our ceiling for FIVE MONTHS and significant water leaks into our apartment for TWO MONTHS and nothing has been done. Most of our apartment is completely unlivable, our belongings in a storage unit and still nothing gets done! There is almost certainly mold in the ceiling from months of water leaking in. Additionally, cars get broken into regularly, there is often dog waste in hallways, trash everywhere, broken gym equipment for almost two years, broken entrance gate for months, broken elevator for months, the list goes on and on! Read the rest of the reviews, they're all true. Save yourself a nightmare and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2025Interestingly enough, the day I moved into this apartment complex, there was an older resident pulling out of the parking garage. They noticed me pulling my train of Dollies up the very inconvenient ramp to the freight elevator (which has now been out for over a months time for more than 3 or 4 different periods of time in the course of under a year of us living here) and he yelled out his window, “stay away!!!!!” And In my head i was so confused at this —- it started making sense about a month ...in when the smell of dog urine in the carpeted hallways started warming back up in the spring, and then day to day the struggles we’ve encountered since. It’s gross. It’s a money pit. Definitely stay away from this property!!! I wish I would have taken that guys advice on day one.Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2024Lately, trash has been everywhere. They flowed to the stairs. The elevator has not been fixed for weeks, which is painful for residents living on the upper side of the building.Property Manager Responded

December 10, 2024Excessive noise from upstairs neighbor, and management does not do anything to assist with mitigating this issue. Management seems to be getting worse during my 2 years living here, lately we've repeated had breakdowns of elevator, trash chute, requested left unresponded to, dirty hallways and stairs, etc.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2024Stay Away! Worst experience ever. car I was purchasing was towed after being told it would be safe on the roof by staff. and still had it towed which set me back nearly $10,000. Didn't have a working clothing washer for the first month of moving in. Didn't have blinds replaced for over 6 months that were broken upon move in. Also over 6 months to have a working oven. Constant homeless squatting, burglaries and vandalism almost daily I've witnessed and have proof on camera. Also at any given ...moment - at lease one elevator isn't working properly. There's at least 2-4 entry points unsecured at all times. Trash is always piled up in front of the chutes. I've maybe known the entrance gate to work or be secured a total of 3months combined, tops. Gym is full of broken equipment. one pool has never been operational since I moved in. Staff is very unresponsive and always changing every few months. My advise is steer clear if you don't want to overpay for a below par living experience.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2024Apartment hallways need to be updated & kept cleaner . Really hard to get anything ordered into the apartment . No pest in the apartments. At least not in my 4 years of living here . Quite . Calm neighbors . Staff in office keeps changing . Pool is always clean .Property Manager Responded
