    I moved in almost 3 months ago and absolutely love it here. New to Charlotte and didn’t really know which area to live in, but this apartment’s location could not be better. Walking distance to so many things (food, drinks, rail trail, right next to light rail) On top of that the staff here is incredible and really goes above and beyond for us! The apartment building has monthly events where we get to have food/drinks, play games, and make friends with our neighbors. Bonuses are that the building ...

    Recently moved to Charlotte and this was our first appointment. From the time we entered the building I was impressed. Super clean and the leasing agent, Meg was amazing. After touring several apartments we knew it was going to be a top contender. We signed that day. Everyone is super friendly. Close to the lite rail and the rail trail. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We love the rooftop common area and often meet other residents there. Every month there is an event specifically ...

    If you need a furnished apartment this is the place to go. It is super easy to move in and when the time comes to move out. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have events for the residents and guests in the really nice lounge on the top floor that overlooks the city. The lounge has an outside balcony that has great seating and also overlooks the city. When you are ready to submit your application make sure you give it 2-5 days to get approved. I am from a rural area and it ...
