  • Excellent Apartment for Students – Clean, Safe, and Well-Managed

    I’m extremely happy with the apartment I rented for my daughter, who is currently a student at Case Western Reserve University. This building has been the perfect choice for her, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The building itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Safety was a top priority for us, and this property checks all the boxes—it’s secure, quiet, and professionally managed.     a grocery store just steps away, which is incredibly convenient for a student living on her own. Everything my daughter needs is within walking distance, which gives us great peace of mind. Now, regarding Mr. Jessie, the property manager—he has been outstanding from day one. He is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his tenants. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed assistance, Mr. Jessie was quick to respond and always handled things efficiently and respectfully. It’s rare to find a property manager who is not only reliable but also kind and proactive. Mr. Jessie takes pride in the building and makes sure everything runs smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to providing a safe and pleasant living environment truly stand out.   • Great apartment but expensive

    I've lived here for three years. The property manager and maintenance staff are quick and responsive. The apartments have high quality appliances and wired hookups for great wifi (though you are stuck with Spectrum). The grounds and gym are also well maintained and clean, and it is safe to take a walk around the apartment grounds even at night. With the bus running right in front of the building and a grocery store next door, I have not needed to have a car. Frankly, this is the safest place to ...
    live between downtown and Cleveland Heights. There was a problem with car breakins, and management responded by hiring a security guard to watch the entrance at night. Only issue is that there is an 8% rent hike baked into each lease renewal, and the apartments are already very expensive for this part of Cleveland. All in all great apartment, and I saved more money on not having a car than lost on the rent.

    Expensive, and extremely UNSAFE! So small and not worth it given the location. Cars are broken into all of the time and the “Landlord” says he’s looking into it - why are there cameras if you cant pull up the footage? The rent RAISES every lease renewal and no option to go 6 month or month to month unless you want to tack on another 250$. Save your time, peace of mind, and especially money
