    The area is really nice, convenient and overall quiet. The apartment amenities are beautiful. Norma in the leasing office is very attentive to residents and helpful. Unfortunately, the walls are extremely thin. I can hear every step above me, everyday the music played below me, and people in the hallway. This is the biggest con, and makes it difficult to find comfort in my home at times.

  • Nice Property Managed Poorly

    November 4, 2022
    Great location, nice building nice amenities. There is often trash in the hallway and in the elevators, housekeeping appears to make rounds once per week or so. Theft is pretty common, I had my trash container stolen from outside my door this week. Noise is off the charts most weekends, so plan to stay up late.   • Good unit, good staff, VERY SLOW maintenance

    We've been here for four months now. Pro's: nice, clean, spacious units. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Clean amenities (gym, social area, lounge, coffee machine). Con's: maintenance requests aren't responded to on time. I've had an open ticket for over two months now. I've asked about it multiple times and they keep saying someone will come by soon.

    I would recommend this apartment community because after all the fixes were finally made to my apartment, it really is a nice place to live at. The community is safe, I absolutely LOVE the pool, and honestly management is incredible. It's so easy to get a hold of someone, issues are addressed, and maintenance went above and beyond when they came to my apartment.
