May 6, 2025Half of my packages were stolen by other people in the building and management does nothing about it. Management will blame you for getting your packages stolen and will tell you they'll review the footage, but they never get back to you. Takes the landlord a week to respond to any request. You might as well learn how to fix things on your own. Got charged $50 for getting locked out of my apartment even though it was during hours.Review from Apartments.com
