BAD apartments!
July 4, 2024I would leave a 0 star review if possible. EVERYTHING is wrong with these apartments. Starting off with the rude and ignorant staff. The big roaches and rats found all the time (killing like 5 roaches per day). AND not to mention there is literally a hole in my roof that was just covered up with a piece of wood. DO NOT MOVE HERE
November 26, 2019The ac is leaking on the back of an outlet, it's ALWAYS hot inside due to the old unit they refuse to replace and we have MICE. I have asked several times in person, by phone, and by putting in a request on their website. Nothing has been done. They sent someone for the mice but it didn't do anything. Our cat has caught at least 10 mice in the past few months.Property Manager Responded

6 years and for what?
March 1, 2019Well I've been living here for almost 6 years and guess what? They don't want to renew my lease thanks to "lease violations", thanks to them I have to scavenge for another apartment. These apartments are trash. Bed bugs, Roaches, Rats, you name it. Don't rent here unless you need a place to hate.Property Manager Responded

most horrible place to live
December 15, 2017i moved in this place in august and it has been the worst experience ever!! i regret ever coming here but at the time i needed to find an apt complex close to my children's school. When i moved in they had not done house keeping roaches everywhere inside my fridge every cabinet floor room!!!! I quickly went back and told the office and they said they would send someone and NOTHING!!! So i cleaned it myself!! Shortly i started seeing defects like crazy i had rats and mice!!! every day i would ...catch at least 3 or more. Told the front office still NOTHING has been done. My oven has not worked since i moved in reported it and NOTHING has been done!!! DURING hurrican harvey both celing in my bedrooms caved in took them TWO weeks to send anyone to even LOOK at the problem!!! When they finally send someone to fix it they did a horrible job painted all over my furniture curtains carpet i notified the office and nothing was done!!! 12/11/17 i reported my ac being out and its been a week and NOTHING has been done i have a kid with asthma and now he is sick bc we have had to leave the windows and fans running!!! EVERYTIME I CALL THE OFFICE ALL THEY KNOW HOW TO SAY IS LET ME ASK THE MAINTENANCE!!!!!!!!! ITS JUST CRAZY I DONT RECOMAN ANYONE TO MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN FILTH BECAUSE LET ME TELL YOU ITS NOT EVEN CHEAP THEY WANT TO CHARGE RENT LIKE IT WAS AN A CLASS PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded
