increase in rent every year and to be rushed into a new lease 90 days before your old one ends. The manager now, Dustin seems to be a great manager, but he is following people who dropped the ball. I have been trying to switch apartments but was told I needed to pay $300 to do so. I wish I never moved here. The grounds are even crappy. Someone is going to get hurt. Lastly, I hope your neighbors can cook because if not you smell the horrible smells all the time. If you end up here, make sure you pray your experience isn’t like mine.

management agents I dealt with in the past. This is my four rental since I moved from New York and I believe I finally found a home at the Four Season Townhomes. My two bedroom apartment is spacious with plenty enough room for my large furniture. I love my private patio, access to a roomy pool and the ground are kept clean and maintained. My neighbors are quiet you don't hear loud music and everyone is friendly but minds their own business.... I never had any problems went reporting any needed repairs Ms. Peggy made sure someone responded quickly to any repairs needed. You would think that because these apartment are old the you would have a roach problem but just like the tenant below I have never had a problem with roaches in my home. The only problem is in the winter it can get a little drafty because of the older windows but properly installating your windows can help alleviate the problem and reduce your heating bill. All in all I think for the price we pay we get a lot of bang for our bucks. i would recommend this place to anyone especially if your middle age looking for a place with a calming atmosphere. Recently Ms. Peggy and her staff was were replace by a new management agency I hope and prayer that the property stays up to the standards that they had in the past, so far so good.

made this a very quiet, secure place to live...she is very informative...one thing I do admire about Miss Peggy is she will tell it like it is...she doesn't mind letting you know when you have crossed the line as far as abusing parking, keeping automobiles off the property that are not being used, she keeps the complex extremely quiet so you don't have the loud music blaring in the parking lot or in the townhouses she is the best!...if you have a problem, call her, she will get it straightened out pronto...as far as roaches, leaks, being cold in winter, if you have roaches, try keeping your townhouse cleaner, I have lived here 22 years and I have never had a problem with roaches, if you have leaks, call maintenance, they will repair it...they don't lie, they are always willing to do their job, like I said before,,, the BEST
