Spacious and Quiet
September 30, 2025absolutely love my apartment! It's incredibly spacious, with a large master bedroom and a walk-in closet that makes organizing a breeze. The year-round carport is a huge plus—no more worrying about snow, rain or getting in a hot car when parking. One of my favorite features is the on-site laundry facility. It's so convenient to do all my laundry at once without waiting around. The location is fantastic. I can walk out my front door and within seconds I'm at Jackson Walking Trail and the new ...Water Park. My child especially enjoys the basketball courts and volleyball field—there's always something fun to do outdoors. Best of all, this apartment offers great quality for the dollar. No maintenance work gets done!! I had no heat for 3 months in the winter
June 4, 2025My furnace broke in the winter and they NEVER fixed it. I made so many calls and went in person,they said someone was coming soon and no one would show up. My lease ended in 3 months so they didn’t care to fix it,I was so cold. My dishwasher also broke and had standing water in it for 5 months bc they said it was “small pipes” that makes it do that. The smell was awful. For the price they charge it’s not worth it I’d look for better. It is very quiet though no screaming kids,etc.Review from Apartments.com
