Undoubtedly, you may choose to rent here
because you can't afford anything else or you do not wish to lose your beloved pet. Things could be worse, but they could be a whole lot better. Maintenance? Rarely. Expect your basic tenants needs to be met with surly attitude. If you attempt to reach the main office in Milwaukee, they are all on the same page. The bottom line here is that they want your money (more if possible!) and they will do as little as possible to earn it. I don't understand how ...

Fox River Bluff Apartment complex has had it share of problems prior to Vince taking over the property management position roughly 8 years ago. There was a time prior to that when we had an alcoholic maintenance guy and a very shady apartment manager. I witnessed the Appleton Police at the property numerous times. It got so bad that I saw Appleton Police every hour on the hour. There were also a bunch of cars broken into. I’ve lived here since 2001......18 years! Don’t know why there’s ...
negative reviews. Yes, this is an older complex and maybe it’s not as nice as a new build, but, there’s not too many apartments in the area with a big kitchen. Vince has done a wonderful job cleaning up this complex. There’s a great landscaping crew, carpet cleaning crew now too. Personally I think people living here don’t know how good they have it.
