Could be better….
April 22, 2026I love living here. My neighbors are nice and so awesome, and my building is very quiet. There are a few neighbors in the complex that have dogs, but they aren’t an issue. The apartment itself is very spacious. My only complaint is the front desk. At times, they can be rude and unorganized. It’s been like this since moving in. I assumed because I was young that’s where the energy came from. I’ve gone out my way to be nice, speak, and participate in events. After being here a year and half. Every ...interaction I’ve had with that person they have been rude and standoffish. Rules for dogs around the complex, like picking up after them outside, are not enforced as well as they could be. Emails are rarely answered, and the last time I spoke with them, I was hung up on. They seemed irritated and rushed about a problem I had emailed about a week and a half prior with no response. I was upset because I didn’t feel like they wanted to provide clarity or help resolve the issue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
February 18, 2026I’ve lived her since Fall of ‘24 and it’s been nothing but amazing. I moved to Dayton 5 years ago and this the only complex where I have no complaints. And the ones I do have are always fixed quickly. My neighbors are very nice and building very quiet. The apartment is more than enough room. Moving in was a very easy process and also the renewal process was fast. We respect each other and our homes at Fox Run!! I love living here!!!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful grounds

Office people so nice don’t care for the stairs nice wash room don’t like we’re trash is Nice area to walk near shopiping area put sidewalk all around the apartments.
