Great place to live
February 18, 2026I’ve lived her since Fall of ‘24 and it’s been nothing but amazing. I moved to Dayton 5 years ago and this the only complex where I have no complaints. And the ones I do have are always fixed quickly. My neighbors are very nice and building very quiet. The apartment is more than enough room. Moving in was a very easy process and also the renewal process was fast. We respect each other and our homes at Fox Run!! I love living here!!!Property Manager Responded

The lawn is always well kept and the maintenance request are handled very quickly! The location of this property is always very convenient! It’s close by gas stations, grocery stores, and fast food restaurants! The lawns are always well kept as well! The overall location is great for any needs you may have! Beautiful grounds
March 19, 2025Beautiful place to live. Been here for two year they let me plant flowers people kind lot parking. Office people so nice don’t care for the stairs nice wash room don’t like we’re trash is Nice area to walk near shopiping area put sidewalk all around the apartments.
