December 29, 2018We ended up cutting our lease short because it was pretty bad. We had our garage broken into and rat poison (an entire open box) placed inside the week that we got our dog. I called the office and they did not under any circumstances have maintenance put rat poison anywhere. Our downstairs neighbor would bang on the walls yelling at us in the middle of the day for the smallest bumps, she then called the cops to report us as a domestic dispute when there was literally nothing. The management was ...understanding and nice but the area was the worse in the entire town and the 24 hour gym right across the street creates a lot of noise too.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
July 27, 2015The rent is VERY affordable... dishwasher and washer dryer IN UNIT. Management and maintenance are fantastic! Every maintenance call was completed within 24 hours. All of the staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. I have military and job obligations and they worked with me to make sure all my rent was paid when it was supposed to be. Nice area close to downtown, in walking distance of whatever you need!Review from Apartments.com
Outstanding!
April 26, 2014I have been living in my upper two bedroom apartment in Fox Shores for four months now. I cannot say enough good about both the apartment and the management staff. They are warm, responsive and always friendly. The apartment is actually move comfortable than any place I have lived in for the last twenty years and the view... well it is spectacular. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I recommend this location to anyone looking to live in the Kaukauna area!Review from Apartments.com
