The worst place to live
January 2, 2021First the people in the office always gone somewhere never in the office. So when i need to ask for maintenance or just a question about charges i can’t because they are gone all day. The parking lot nasty. The apartment it’s self is okay. It just the maintenance is terrible when something breaks they half way fit it and the office people charge now for the maintenance man to come fix they property. I have water damage in my down stairs bathroom because of a water leak they said they were going ...to fix a month ago. it’s a terrible place to live. This is a horrible experience for my first apartment. You can complain and they still don’t care.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2019Long story short, the maintenance team are terrible, nothing ever gets permanently fixed just quick fixes until w/e breaks down again. All a/c units are old & do not work properly, sometimes cutting off and never coming back on. Parking lot is NEVER clean, and there's is trash & store buggies all over the property. Thin walls meaning you can hear EVERYTHING. Office team is okay, they do the bare minimum. Nothing is worth the rent rate you'll end up paying. You pay for pest control but they only ...spray outside, you have to request inside even though you're already paying. Units leak in the bathrooms causing water damage to anything you have in the bathroom. Overall just a terrible place to live, wish I never signed a lease with them.
