I lived in a 2 bed 1 bath in Fox and Hounds from 2017-2019, I will give 10 stars for this place if I can. I have lived in 3 different apts around this area, and Fox and Hounds is definitely the best one.
The office lady Krista is so helpful and friendly! As well as the maintenance guy Larry. Any problem happened in your apartment will get fixed so fast, and there is not many problems will happen. The only problem I have ever had in my 2.5 year living is only my bedroom window was leaking once. ...
Mailboxes is inside the building, you will not have to pick up bills in a rainy or snowy day. Office will hold your packages in a very organized way.
Hallway and public area is cleaned weekly, floors, washer and dryers downstairs are always clean.
Very close to Kroger, McD, TJ Max, dollar tree and everything. If you are a student of Miami, school bus station is right by the building. Very convenient location.
Both buildings just recently installed locks on all main entrance, even safer.
The rent is very reasonable, great place to live after all. Highly recommended.
