Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at the beautiful Foxcroft Apartments in New Berlin, WI. This spacious unit features 2 full off-suite bathrooms, a full kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Foxcroft is conveniently located within minutes of many retail stores and grocery stores. Less than a 1/2 mile from the freeway for easy access to downtown Milwaukee. The heated underground storage keeps your car safe and warm during the winter. Our pet policy is a nonrefundable $200 fee for the first pet, $100 for the second pet $25 per pet per month, and a two-pet maximum. The tenant is responsible for all utilities including water which is an added fee every month of $20. The underground garage parking is available for an additional fee of $30 per month and $10 for a storage locker per month.

Beautiful setting and interior has everything one could need.
October 20, 2023The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There is heated inside parking, an elevator, secure lobby and so many amenities in the apartment. Everything is conveniently available: washer and dryer, furnace room, patio or balcony, many outlets, light fixtures, fireplace, dishwasher, central AC, pet allowed, and much more. The building is very quiet, and tenants friendly and helpful. I've made this my home for over 21 years, and hope I am able to continue living here.Review from Apartments.com
