Amazing Property lead
September 29, 2022Not only is she very respectful and never invasive but she is also very understanding and sympathetic to people's situations. I really enjoyed my stay. Every complaint i've had about maintnence was fixed immediately. Air conditioning/heat feels like it covers the entire house which is rare for an apartment. I cannot reccomend this enough.Property Manager Responded

Good price, great place
August 3, 2015Foxton Apartments in Monroe, MI is a great place for the price. I shopped around town and looked at many different places but Foxton was ultimately what I chose. It fit into my budget range, it's clean, has a nice compact design and the built-in bookshelves, attic space and personal fenced in patio are definitely attractive features! The kitchen and bathroom have very nice floors and new carpet was put in for me as well. All the buildings are single level so it's very quiet and it's also ...right near everything you would need. If you are on a budget but want something that doesn't feel like budget living, definitely check out Foxton!Property Manager Responded
