Nothing but problems and no resolve
March 25, 2025I've complained about problems with neighbors numerous times and nothing has ever been done. Asked for documentation of the complaints to which were never received. Told by apartment manager to change wifi password to fix the issues.?.??? Would not recommend to anybody.Property Manager Responded

Counting The Days
November 5, 2019The management had a bad attitude right of the bat and decided to call me ‘sweetie’ when I was bringing up a valid concern about my holding deposit. The parking is god awful and half the time someone is parked in the middle of the parking lot just idling. Right away I noticed that about half the outlets in my apartment don’t work properly, my floor had a melted burn in it, the cabinets were dented and the lining falls off, my air didn’t even work, and my ceiling was leaking. More than likely all ...of those pre-existing faults are going to fall on me. They didn’t even do a proper walk through to ensure everything was ok. I’ve had to call the police 2 times now due to the residents attacking each other near my unit. I absolutely hate living here and I’ve been excited for my lease to be up in the spring, I hope I never experience such an awful complex that’s this expensive again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 11, 2015We enjoy living at Foxwood Apartments. It is well kept and the manager and staff are very nice. The location is very centralized. We are close to the freeway (but we get no traffic noise)so it is easy to get around town. We are close to Riverpark shopping center and plenty of restaurants.Review from Apartments.com
