    The office staff is rude and treated me as if I was a bother by calling to ask questions. The females I spoke with were rude and judgmental, I submitted an application for 7/31 and was told a decision takes 14 days with no clear answers. My calls were screened and IGNORED for hours. They simply denied my application and took my money with no problem and I couldn’t even have a decent conversation with any staff, all while doing this move from out of state this was a hurtful experience more than ...

    When I first moved into these apartments in 2022 it was quite and somewhat calm because it was mostly older people that lived here. Now it is all kinds of people over here, and between the loud cars and music all times of the night, my apartment vent in my bedroom and bathroom is always smelling like marijuana from someone in my surrounding area that smokes 24/7, and it is causing my face to breakout due to I am very sensitive. Also, dog poop is just everywhere from on the grass to underneath the ...

    My move in experience was horrendous but after that all and all, I was able to get things situated. Outside of that, the neighborhood and community is nice. The amenities are lovely. I would just request maybe some sort of pest control outside of the buildings.

    I do love my apartment, it is extremely spacious (1 bedroom- 1,024sq ft.), I love the layout, and the rent pricing is not horrible for the amount of space I get. The gym is pretty nice & I enjoy going on runs around the property with all the beautiful trees along the sidewalk. Some of the cons though- the pool is very small. Car alarms going off every single day, multiple times a day. The parking spots are small. And there’s usually at least one incident a week where someone is yelling/crashing ...
    out/fighting in the parking lot, hallways, or just anywhere on the property. And people don’t pick up their dogs waste. And one lady in my building lets her dog pee and poop in the apartment building breezeway.

    I’ve been living here for a while now and honestly really like it. The place is clean, quiet, and feels safe. Maintenance actually shows up when you put in a request, which is a big plus. The apartments are nice and modern, and the location makes it easy to get to stores, restaurants, and the highway. Parking is decent too. Overall, solid spot if you’re looking for a comfortable place to live.

    The buildings can be cleaner & less noisy. For the amount of the rent I shouldn’t feel like I live in the projects. Maintenance closes out tickets without fulfilling them which is quite annoying. Things in the house break left & right smh
