September 6, 2019I have been here going on 3 yrs... New management took over and things got really nasty...things seem to be improving somewhat. The rent is going up ALOT for everyone. There are no washer and dryer connections in apartments. There was no pool furniture at all this year, pool opened late. The pool was not kept clean during the summer months. The paint still needs ALOT of work. Be prepared I hear pet deposits are going up to 600 to 650 per pet. (not sure this is true) I hear deposits are also ...going up along with rent when lease is up even though you get NO UPGRADES!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
