Poor management - go elsewhere

Management seems uncaring and shows no sense of urgency for tenant concerns. Generally speaking they are unresponsive - they almost never pick up the phone and they can take up to literally weeks to respond to simple email inquiries, if not ignoring them altogether. Note, there is no physical management office in this building.
There are a host of other problems here at Frame that warrant their own 0-star reviews within themselves that I won't get to here. There are plenty of other options ...
especially in Culver at this price point that I regret not pursuing (I had a very short window to decide in a historically busy renting season), and hope this comment helps someone avoid being in the position I am in and the experience I've gone through thus far.
