NO NO NO
December 11, 2019This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I have been living here for about 6 months and every month they have to come fix something and it will take them forever to get to your work order. The staff is rude including one of the maintenance men. My car was broke into the first night here and they did nothing. The tow truck lurks the parking lot like a hawk and somebody gets towed every night even people that pay for “covered” parking get towed. My girl got towed our second night ...here. The gates are always opened because they are always broke. Make me wonder if they are working with the tow man to get side money. None of the door locks really work and again the staff is pitiful. Little dudes be jumping the gates and using the laundry room to do whatever. Then that same laundry room caught fire last night. Don’t let the nice photos fool you. I only moved here because I’m from out of state and thought Frankford Flats was the right decision but they have proved me wrong about 6 times now. Well the fire made 7. I have had a leaking bathroom ceiling, leaking closet ceiling, A/C problems, a bursted glass that took them a month to fix, and so on. Don’t do it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 24, 2019I have lived here kelly crossings or frankford flats for 7 years it SUCKS this apartments are horrible the office don't do anything to help the residents the office girls do nothing the doors closet doesnt work they told me they will order it they never did the office girls are rude and nothing polite and gates always are open it doesnt work 1 year ago the hole in the streets are crazy and dont move in here it is Horrible propertyReview from Apartments.com

June 5, 2019DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! I had nothing but a horrible experience with Frankford Flats. From the day I moved in two years ago it was nothing but disappointment after disappointment. When I transferred to my 1 bedroom it was EVEN WORSE. The front door didn’t shut on its own, it needed to be locked to stay shut. My balcony door didn’t have a lock switch that worked you had to put the safety bar down to secure the home, after a day of being in the house I come home to a women painting my shower with ...VERY STRONG pain fumes. I had a 2 year old daughter with me so we had to leave the house for two days so it would air out. The water pressure is almost ALWAYS messing up. My showers would go from hot to cold to cold to hot. Never consistent. Not to mention on another occasion maintenance had entered my apartment to repair the falling apart ceiling and i noticed some one was in my house because things were in different places then when i left that morning for work. No one called to ask or let me be aware someone would be entering my home and no note was left behind stating that someone had been inside !!! I had a MASSIVE bee hive attached to my balcony THE ENTIRE time I was there. Called, emailed, and even went into the office to address the situation and it never got handled. Dana the property manager ASSURED me the problem had been handled when pest control came. Just for them to tell me they are endangered so they have to get a specialist. Well the specialist never came by. Months go by and the bee hive is still there. I had to CONTINUOUSLY capture bee’s INSIDE my apartment that were getting in from the lack of closure from my front door. My 2 year old daughter was stung INSIDE our home playing in the living room. I was stung while closing the balcony door. Finally a month before I am going to move out the bees were removed. The morning before Mother’s Day a resident stops me in the parking lot and tell me the maintenance man hit my vehicle in the back and wanted to alert me of the damages. I brought it to the managers attention and didn’t receive any type of communication as to what was going on to resolve the situation. I called on two different occasions to seek answers and was denied. Finally I go to turn in my keys and Dana let’s me know that unless I had video evidence of the incident that nothing would be done for the damages to my vehicle. Do NOT recommend
May 16, 2019I have lived in this apartment complex for approximately 10 months. My apartment was entered and no notification was left behind to inform me of entry. I arrived home on a Friday evening, had difficulty entering my apartment as they had messed up my lock and then had thought my apartment was broken into. People make mistakes, however it has continued to be bad news. I had water damage 2 weeks ago and now I am dealing with mold and mildew which has not been taken care of in a timely fashion. Then ...again, the same leak which occurred happened again. So not once, but twice have I come home to water coming through my ceiling. February 4, 2019I had a good time and experience staying at this property. Too sad I had to move out of town else I would have still been here by now. Wonderful and respectful management , smart and quick response Maintainance unit team.
