I have lived at Franklin Square Apts. for 3 years. Since Arium took over management of our complex it has gone down. Yard not cut on timely basis, garbage not picked up on schedule we used to enjoy. Property not kept clean in walk ways. Our complex is beginning to look like a low income housing project yet the rent keeps climbing. I am embarrassed to call this home. I am unhappy with new management as well as many other residents.
